Beauty Secrets: Face Moisturizer

With the seasons changing, face moisturizer is becoming a crucial beauty asset  to our faces.

Recently, I came upon a beauty revelation that was made apparent to me via a beauty blog that I was reading.

When most of us think of applying our trusty, everyday facial moisturizer, the normal route to take would be to pump a decent amount into our hands, rubbing them together, then rubbing them all over our face and neck. Right?.. Wrong!

See, by rubbing in the moisturizer into our faces, this causes friction in our skin which can lead to damage and eventually wrinkles. Instead, pump some into your palm, rub your hands together gently and then press the moisturizer gently into your skin in an almost patting-like manner.

By adding this simple and easy switch in beauty routine, you will be creating long-term positive effects to your skin which can result in glowing, more even skin and skin tone.

I have recently tried this method out and have definitely seen a switch in the uniform of my face.

How To Transition from Winter to Spring Gracefully

Now that we are all slowly but surely beginning to pack up our snow boots and folding our trench coats in preparation for Spring, some of us are stuck in a rut about how to pair our outfits together now with this change in weather.

This look is very bluesy-cool and seems to make the transition from winter to spring perfectly as you are keeping your outfit classy yet chic. The blue tones adds a flair of wind and the silver undertones adds glitz. Keep your nails a grey-blue in order to balance the tones in your outfit. The wedges also make for an indie-chic, boho vibe. How does that not tell you that Spring is coming!

The Paris Chronicles: Fashion, Fun & Candy Floss! ♥

Today, for the first time in light years, the sun came shining upon our little city of Paris. I decided to benefit from the lovely weather to do some frolicking around the Eiffel Tower and Saint Michel.

If ever in Paris, Head over to the confection stand right below the stairs of the platform (in front of the Eiffel Tower) for the best candy floss you will ever eat. They are only €3 and are practically the size of your head! Who doesn't like candy floss, Right?

OOTD ♥: Breezy Winter Princess

Its Friday! I felt a little airy and breezy today so I decided to keep my outfit easy, breezy and beautiful! The white and black color scheme fit perfectly with today's cool weather.

I wanted to give you a closer look at this cashmere top as to show off the detail on the side of the arm. When I went last minute sale shopping in Paris a few Saturday's ago, I saw this top on a rack outside of a store in the middle of a busy market street. It was only €5 and was in perfect standard quality. It is pure cashmere and is super comfortable and classy.
