Tasty Tuesdays: NYC Delights

New York City is a melting pot of diverse cultures and customs so it is only natural for the food to match that same eclectic array.

I will decrypt to you all some of the cutest and most yummy little corner spots that I have discovered in the far corners of New York.

                                            Zizi Limona

This unique meditarranean/middle eastern oriented cuisine has you wishing that you could spend a day in Eastern Europe! Zizi Limona's specialty includes pita bread and hummus. If you are in the Williamsburgh neighborhood and you are looking to introduce a different taste to your taste buds, this is the place!

Baked by Melissa

These super cute, and super tiny treats, are native to New York are the quick fix cupcake craving that we all desire. The mini cupcakes come in an assortment of flavors from red velvet to cookie dough.  These unique treats can be found in 3 special locations: SoHo, Midtown East & Upper West Side.
Who knew something so little could taste so good?

Papaya King

No, this place does not specialize in papaya's, but they do specialize in Franks! I discover this hidden gem in St Marks Place. They are said to have the best frank in the world- yes, the entire world. Their frank was so good, I went back for seconds (which is rare). If you ever decide to float by this edgy-chic part of town, be sure to stop by the colorfully, delicious spot!

Feeling hungry? Let me know which one of these unique spots you plan on hitting up soon!
